Stir-Fry Octopus and Cucumbers with Garlic Soy Sauce
This is a great appetizer dish which by the way goes great with beer! Stir-fry the octopus and cucumbers with garlic oil to make this simple-and-easy summer dish. By adding our YAMASA REGULAR SOY SAUCE, the taste will be even richer! Try it out!
|1 pcs of Cucumber|
|100g of boiled Octopus|
|2 cloves of Garlic|
|1/2 tablespoon of REGULAR SOY SAUCE|
|2 pinches of Salt|
|Grounded Pepper (Adjust to taste)|
|1 tablespoon of Olive oil|
- Chop off both ends of the cucumbers, and partially peel the skin. Cut the cucumbers and boiled octopus into rolling wedges. Slice garlic.
- Put olive oil and garlic in a frying pan, and stir-fry over low heat until the garlic slightly browns.
- Add cucumbers and octopus, and quickly stir-fry over high heat. Once coated with oil, pour “A (Sauce) and stir-fry.
