French Dip Sliders

These quick and easy French dip sliders are perfect for game day or and easy family favorite dinner.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter
  • 2 Tablespoons garlic
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Yamasa Reduced Sodium Shoyu
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Italian herb seasoning
  • 2 lbs sliced ribeye steak
  • I-24-piece package King Hawaiian Rolls
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • ½ cup yellow onion
  • 3 tablespoons Yamasa Ramen Broth, Shoyu
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 ½ cups water

Directions

  1. ·       Thinly slice your steak and set aside at room temperature for 10 minutes.
  2. ·       Create your savory butter by blending ½ cup of butter, 1 tablespoon garlic, 1 ½ teaspoons Yamasa Reduced Sodium Shoyu and 1 ½ teaspoons of Italian herb seasoning. Once thoroughly blended, set aside.  
  3. ·       Chop your spinach, onions and mushrooms.
  4. ·       In a large saucepan, medium to high heat, add your steak and Yamasa Ramen broth Shoyu, 1 teaspoon ginger and 1 tablespoon garlic. Sauté until the steak is cooked. Add 1 ½ cups of water and let simmer for 15 minutes or until the steak is tender. Once finished, separated the steak from the Au Jus.
  5. ·       In a medium sauce pan, add spinach, mushrooms, onions and 3tablespoons of the savory butter. Sauté until vegetables are cooked. Drain.
  6. ·       On a backing dish, line the bottom with parchment paper. Then take your 24 pack of buns and slice in half. Place the bottom half in the pan.
  7. ·       Cover the bottom buns with sliced provolone, then the steak and vegetable mixture.
  8. ·       Place the top buns on top and lightly butter the tops of the buns with the remaining savory butter.
  9. ·       Bake for 10 minutes at 350 f or until the buns are toasted and the cheese is melted.
  10. ·       Remove the sliders from the oven and place on a serving dish with the remaining Au Jus.
