Egg Roll in a Bowl

Craving an eggroll, but don't have the time? Egg roll in a bowl, also know as Inside Out Egg Roll brings all the flavor in less than 30 minute meal that your family will love.

  • 1 lb. ground beef ( you can substitute with ground turkey,ground chicken or ground pork)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • ¼ cup Yamasa Reduced Sodium Shoyu
  • 1 bag of coleslaw
  • ½ cup carrots, grated
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 bok choy, chopped
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped


  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, stirring until it is completely browned.
  2. Add in the green onions, garlic, ginger and carrots to the skillet. Cook and stir until onions are soft.
  3. Now add the remaining ingredients to the skillet. Stir frequently until all of the vegetables are soft.
  4. Serve and enjoy.
