Slow Cooker Teriyaki Meatballs

Looking for an easy appetizer for your next gathering? These sweet and tangy cocktail meat balls are delicious and easy.

Ingredients

  • 2 – 24 ounces packages premade, frozen meatballs
  • ¼ cup  Yamasa Regular Shoyu
  • ¼ cup  Yamasa Teriyaki Sauce and Marinade
  • ½ cup  Pineapple juice
  • 1/3 cup beef broth
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar  
  • 2 tablespoons  honey
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon  ginger, minced  
  • ½ teaspoon  red pepper flakes
  • 2 teaspoons  sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons  corn starch
  • Toasted sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Place the 2 packages of frozen meatballs in the slow cooker.
  2. To make the sauce: in a medium sized bowl whisk together the remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour the sauce over the meatballs in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
