Grilled Jalapeno Cream Chicken

This delicious grilled chicken with jalapeno cream sauce has a kick of flavor to spice up any chicen breast. You can eat alone, add it to a salad or make an epic chicken sandwich with it.

  • 2 pounds chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup jalapenos, sliced
  • 3/4 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 whole limes
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Yamasa Tonkotsu Ramen Broth
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon mirin
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper, ground
  • 3/4 cup cilantro


  1. Rinse your chicken breasts and pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. Place the chicken in a gallon Ziploc bag and tenderize your chicken breasts.
  3. Remove the chicken from the bag and set on a plate. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients to a food processor until smooth and creamy, set aside.
  5. Warm up your grill, once hot place your chicken breasts on the grill for 5-6minutes.
  6. Flip your chicken and baste with the jalapeno cream sauce, cook for 3-5 minutes.
  7. Flip Chicken and baste one more time, letting cook for 1-2 minutes.
  8. Remove from the grill and serve on a salad, sandwich or by itself.
