Grilled Meatloaf Burger

Be the burger master of your block with this easy, yet delicious burger recipe.

Yield: 8 burger patties

  • 1 pound ground beef  
  • 2 teaspoons Italian herb seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Yamasa Reduced Sodium Shoyu
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 package onion soup mix
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil


  1. Gently combine the ground beef with the ingredients.  
  2. Form into 8 equal sized patties, try not to overwork the meat so it doesn't get tough.
  3. Heat the grill. When hot clean the grates and spray with oil.
  4. Place the patties on the grill and cook on high heat for about 10 to 12 minutes on each side, or until burgers are cooked to your liking.  
  5. Once you remove the burgers from the grill, build your burger!
