Sweet and Savory Granola

Try this quick and easy, sweet and savory granola to top off your yogurt or a quick snack.

  • 2 cups pistachio, shelled
  • ½ cup raisins or craisins
  • 1 cup oats
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Yamasa reduced sodium shoyu
  • ½ tablespoon sesame oil


  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl combine the pistachios, brown sugar, Yamasa Reduced Shoyu, sesame oil and oats. Stir together until combined.
  3. Pour mixture onto a baking sheet covered in parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes. After the 20 minutes, flip the granola and bake another 10 minutes.
  5. Once baked, let cool on the pan. Add raisins and mix once the mixture has cooled, store in an airtight container.
