Teriyaki Chicken Party Wings

This dish is perfect for parties, and easy to grab as finger food. You can also arrange the taste as you like, such as adding hot sauce.

Prep Time: 30 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 40 minutes

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 10 pcs (approx. ½ LB) Chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon Yamasa Reduced Sodium Shoyu
  • ½ tablespoon Ketchup
  • ½ tablespoon White wine or Sake
  • ½ tablespoon Sugar
  • ½ tablespoon Vinegar
  • ½ tablespoon Sesame oil
  • ½ tablespoon minced Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced Onion
  • Pepper (as you like)

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in a plastic bag (like a Ziploc bag). Shake the bag until all the seasoning marinades the chicken wings evenly. Leave the chicken wings in the bag for about 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat, add the oil. Bring out the chicken wings from the bag, and place them on the frying pan.
  3. Sear the chicken wings on both sides until browned. Lower the heat to medium, pour the remaining marinade sauce from the bag, and coat the chicken. Simmer until the sauce slightly thickens and becomes glazed.
