Sriracha Deviled Eggs

Yield: 2 dozen filled egg halves

  • 12 eggs
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Sriracha Mayo
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1 cup Yamasa Reduced Sodium Shoyu
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • Red Pepper flakes
  • Sriracha sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  1. Start off by slicing 6 hard-boiled eggs in half.
  2. Scoop out the yolks and mix together with mayo, mustard, Sriracha Mayo, sugar and salt and pepper until smooth. Cover in the refrigerator until ready to use.
  3. Pour soy sauce in an 8x8 pan. Marinate 6 hours on one side, and then flip and marinate another 6 hours on the other side.
  4. Scoop the egg yolk mixture into the marinated egg white halves.
  5. Place eggs on a platter, drizzle with Sriracha and sprinkle with the red pepper flakes.
