Green Beans Almondine

This recipe adds a twist to a classic green bean dish.


  • 4 cups green beans
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Yamasa Regular Shoyu
  • ¼ cup almond slivers


  1. In a large skillet, add green beans, chicken broth, garlic,Yamasa Regular Shoyu and butter on medium to high heat. Stir, mixing all of theingredients.
  2. Cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Once cooked to your liking, add the almonds, and combine the almonds and green beans.
  4. With a slotted spoon or tongs, remove the green beans from the pan and place in the serving dish.
