Grilled Miso Lamb Cutlets

Add incredible flavor to your lamb with this miso marinade.

  • 2 teaspoons Yamasa Miso Ramen Broth
  • 1 tablespoon red miso
  • 4 tablespoons white miso
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons mirin
  • 2 teaspoons Yamasa soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 8 lamb cutlets


  1. Mix the brown miso, white miso, honey, mirin, sake, soy sauce and garlic together. Place the lamb cutlets in a flat dish or zip-lock bag, and pour the marinade over the lamb. Cover and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour, or overnight if you have time.
  2. When you are ready, pop them on the barbecue, turning every 2 minutes for about 8-10 minutes until they are cooked. Keep close watch as miso can burn easily.
