Soy sauce pickled Mozzarella cheese is perfect for wine! And, it’s easy to pick and bite at a party. The gorgeous Rosemary picks lets you enjoy the signature fragrance of the herb. It’s great matched with tomatoes and olives.
Cooking: 10min *Excluding the time of marinating
- Cut mozzarella cheese into bite size pieces. Marinate with Pickling Juice over night.
- Cut tomatoes in half. Cut the Rosemary in 12cm (4~5 inch) lengths and remove leaves at the stem.
- Pierce mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes, and olives with rosemary.
