Shrimp & Sea Noodles

A refreshing dish that can cool you down in the summer! Yamasa Tsuyu synergies the dish by harmonizing the shrimp and the noodles together! A must try for a seafood or noodle lover.

5 pieces shrimp, boiled
½ Tbsp. dried seaweed
2 Tbsp. whole corn
2 Tbsp. green onion chopped
1 bundle sōmen noodle
¼ cup Yamasa Tsuyu
½ cup water
½ tsp. mayonnaise (optional)


  1. Immerse dried seaweed in cold water and let stand for 4-6 minutes.
  2. Rinse with cold water and drain well.
  3. In a medium pot, bring water to boil and cook somen noodles for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Rinse with cold water and drain well.
  5. Place noodles in a large flat bowl. Put shrimp, seaweed, corn and green onion on top.
  6. Mix Yamasa Tsuyu with water and pour over dish.
  7. Add mayonnaise if desired.
