35g (2 slices) of Tuna (Sashimi grade)

15g (2 slices) of Octopus (Sashimi grade or boiled)
15g (2 slices) of Scallop (Sashimi grade or boiled)
35g (2 slices) of Salmon (Sashimi grade)
35g (2 slices) of Sea bream (Sashimi grade)
10g (approx. 1 tablespoon) of Salmon roes
150g of Steamed rice
23ml of Sushi vinegar

  1. Combine the sushi vinegar and steamed rice while hot. Once cooled, fill in a rice bowl.
  2. Place sliced seafood on the rice with salmon roes afterwards on top. Top the rice with “shiso” leaves (Japanese herb), cucumber, and wasabi as you like.
  3. Pour "REGULAR SOY SAUCE" directly on to the bowl. Adjust to taste.

We produce the very best soy sauce in our state-of-the-art plant, but brewing processes remain the same as in 1645.
YAMASA soy sauce has been preferred among the majority of high-end Japanese restaurants, sushi, and kabayaki-eel restaurants.
