Japanese Potato Salad
Summer is almost here, and that means it’s almost time for outdoor BBQ! Side dishes are one of the key components to a great barbeque and this Japanese potato salad is a great side dish to make your BBQ experience more flavorful and unique! This dish differs from regular potato salad because it consists of “YAMASA Kombu Tsuyu” which adds a savory taste that you won’t forget!
|Potatoes (4 pieces)|
|150ml of Milk|
|2 tablespoons of KOMBU TSUYU|
- Peel potatoes, cut each into 6 chunks, and either boil or microwave to soften. Mash them while they’re hot.
- Warm milk in a pot over low heat. Add the potatoes mashed in STEP1, and stir with a wooden spatula until the potatoes become smooth.
- Season with "KOMBU TSUYU", and mix well before you serve.
