This is the concentrated clear soup base made with dried bonito and Kombu (Kelp seaweed) extract.
It’s easy to use for UDON soup, Clear soup, DASHI etc. only diluted by hot water. You can also use for ODEN, Hot pot menu, Rice Porridge (ZOSUI) and so on.
