This soy sauce is the highest quality soy sauce within YAMASA’s product line. With over 10 years research for the best quality soy sauce conducted by the Soy Sauce Laboratory and Product Development Section at YAMASA Japan, we have finally been able to develop this “Honkaiseki Soy Sauce” with the YAMASA’s patented method of double fermentation, adding Koji-mold during fermentation, and using three different type of Koji-mold. This is an extra fancy grade soy sauce.
