Roast Chicken

Enjoy roast chicken with a Japanese twist. With our "Teriyaki Sauce", you can make a delicious sweet flavored roast chicken at home!

½ lb. Chicken Leg
2 Tbsp Yamasa Teriyaki Sauce
1 pcs Potato
As you like Garnish (leaf, garlic tip, pepper)


  1. Marinade chicken legs in "Yamasa Teriyaki Sauce" for 25 minutes.
  2. Place an aluminium foil in the oven and place the chicken over the foil and cook it at 390F degrees for 15 minutes.To get it glazed, open the oven halfway and spread the sauce with a brush from time to time.
  3. Steam the potato until it gets cooked through and then cut it into wedges. Leave it till it gets cool and crisp.
  4. Cut the chicken legs and top it off with garlic chips, red peppers and a leaf (for presentation).
