Party Teriyaki Chicken
This dish is perfect for parties, and easy to grab as finger food. You can also arrange the taste as you like, such as adding hot sauce.
10 pcs (approx. ½ LB) Chicken wings
1 tablespoon YAMASA LESS SALT SOY SAUCE
½ tablespoon Ketchup
½ tablespoon White wine or Sake
½ tablespoon Sugar
½ tablespoon Vinegar
½ tablespoon Sesame oil
½ tablespoon minced Garlic
1 tablespoon minced Onion
Pepper (as you like)
- Put all ingredients in a plastic bag (like a Ziploc bag). Shake the bag until all the seasoning marinades the chicken wings evenly. Leave the chicken wings in the bag for about 30 minutes.
- Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat, add the oil. Bring out the chicken wings from the bag, and place them on the frying pan.
- Sear the chicken wings on both sides until browned. Lower the heat to medium, pour the remaining marinade sauce from the bag, and coat the chicken. Simmer until the sauce slightly thickens and becomes glazed.
We produce the very best soy sauce in our state-of-the-art plant, but brewing processes remains the same as in 1645.
YAMASA soy sauce has been preferred among the majority of high-end Japanese restaurants, sushi, and kabayaki-eel restaurants.
