Deep fried tiny horse mackerel. Slowly simmered pumpkin. Grilled whole squid with special sauce made from Soy sauce and Mirin by chef. House made eggplant and cucumber pickles.
Marinated pickled mackerel "Battera" sushi. Local style roll sushi "Futomaki", not American style roll sushi.
Kiku-masa-mune is so good for hot sake. Nice pairing with Chef's original Cream cheese marinated with Miso and Carefully roasted ginkgo nuts.
